I am absolutely thrilled to be part of this unique opera directed by Yuval Sharon. The entire set was designed and animated by artist Bill Barminski with Walter Robot studios.
As the entire play was a projected animation, my job was to turn Bill's animal characters into masks that the opera singers could wear when their faces appeared in holes built into the set. Their bodies remained animated and they performed with the animation. I also designed the wigs for each of the human characters to go with costumes designed by Ann Closs-Farley.
